Commercial Air Conditioning Services
Gregg Air’s commercial installation group specializes in light commercial systems, such as rooftop systems, variable volume systems and unit heaters. We also install all types of commercial duct work, including large rectangular sheet metal systems and spiral duct systems. We are equipped to handle design-built projects or commercial plan and spec jobs. Our projects often include difficult retrofit installations where our 15-plus years of commercial experience gives us an edge. We understand the difficulties created for a business when HVAC systems are down and specialize in quick turnaround packaged roof top replacements. We will work to have you back in business as quick as possible!

Because of the diversity and complexity of commercial systems, our commercial service is performed on a time and material basis, with a goal to diagnose commercial problems as expediently as possible, and, to the best of our ability, inform our customers of the estimated repair costs before the work is performed. Our goal is to keep you, the business owner or manager in the driver’s seat when it comes to making repairs. We work to provide a variety of options and assist in equipment repair vs. replacement decisions. Our qualified commercial technicians specialize in packaged rooftop systems, pneumatic controls, VAV systems, and commercial split systems of all varieties and sizes, and they’re on call 24 hours a day, 365 days a year for our established customers!

Safety first! Today’s systems are more complex than ever. Built-in safety components keep systems from operating in a hazardous manner, but just like brakes on an automobile, these components need to be periodically checked, cleaned and adjusted in order to function properly. Furnaces especially should be checked at least on an annual basis to reduce the risks of carbon monoxide poisoning and fire hazards from improper combustion levels.
Efficiency. We combat rising energy costs with superb service. An average air conditioning unit that is low on refrigerant or operating with a dirty condenser coil can result in reduced cooling capacity – and uncomfortable workers. (The additional energy costs alone can actually cost more than an annual maintenance agreement).
Reliability. A maintenance program will not guarantee that a piece of equipment will never fail. However, it is a proven fact that routine maintenance service reduces the risk of breakdown during peak times. (Cooling and heating systems never seem to fail at convenient times). Usually failures occur during peak conditions when service companies are backlogged and have a difficult time responding as quickly as you need them. We can find worn or failing parts and often replace them before they fail!
Convenience. We maintain your records in our computerized system and will notify you to set up your service in the preseason, before it gets too hot or cold. We also maintain a record of all of your equipment service history and filter requirements, with a goal of taking the burden off your list to remember. Additional benefits include:
• Priority service in case of system failure.
• Priority service on system or equipment replacements.
• Discounts on filter purchases.
Call us today, and we will come out and survey your equipment, discuss your individual needs, and prepare a free, no-obligation proposal to maintain the equipment at your business or commercial site.
